For my live show, I perform with my guitar and loop pedal. The loop is such an amazing instrument because it allows me to be a one man band. I'll loop background harmonies, percussion/beatboxing, and my guitar. Instead, Autumn and Skylar are indifferent to the city. Much of the film takes place in the New York City Port Authority Bus Terminal, a safe haven for the girls, who have nowhere else to go. With the exception of one diversion to Chinatown, where they get to be teenagers at an arcade for a few hours, their trip is a sleep-deprived series of transit woes and appointment logistics. air force x off white volt As we were developing the production of the songs for the EP, my producers pulled up the Bob Dylan music video "Subterranean Homesick Blues." I thought it was such a cool video and I loved the concept. When we began thinking of an idea for the “Awkward" video, the head of my label suggested we do a modern day version of Dylan's video. In the video I swipe key words to the song on a tablet whereas in the original, Dylan tossed cards with lyrics written on them. We also used selfie sticks as opposed to walking sticks at the end of the video.
