It's been really amazing. Watching people watch your films is such an important experience. It's been really nice to have regional diversity, in terms of where the film has been shown. I showed the film at Eastern Star Baptist Church, the church that's in the film. That was the most important audience because it was the folks that were in the project from the beginning. I had very specific rules for myself in this process, and knowing that it resonated with people that I made the film for and with, was a really important part of the experience clarks size 4 held over the weekend to highlight the issue of police brutality against black and brown people. The conference was hosted by Take A Knee Nation, an organization that has protested every single Vikings home game this season and continued this tradition at the Super Bowl itself.
