Without the elimination, the show doesnât have the same element of urgency. There was no suspense. And the twist is that theyâre adding someone, which is almost the opposite of getting rid of someone. I know that no one wants to get penalized, but the reality of it is that someone should have gone home this weekâand no one did. There was no danger. Nobody had to do anything. There was no pressure to perform because you knew you werenât going to go home. Having been on the show before, I canât even imagine a day where they come in to say, âDonât worry. Youâre not going home.â It would just be likeâ¦woah, why am I even going to try? Well, I actually wouldnât do that.
