I was editing on Adobe Premiere. I hadn't really cut as much in college. "Edgecombe" was also not only a directing challenge, but I took on the editor's role in post. I actually did a Premiere Pro workshop in Brooklyn, had a refresher, and then dived into the edit. It was a really great experience in terms of feeling empowered, to create the structure for the story. There's so many versions of this film that I've made, but I think it's a really great experience of taking what was in my mind and putting it in the timeline and making that work.
