Navient, the country's largest student loan company, was the most-complained-about financial services company over the last three months, according to a new report from the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. The company, formerly known as Sallie Mae, racked up 1,439 consumer complaints, more than any other financial service, including Wells Fargo and Bank of America.
